If you would like to attend the next LAN party, please use the sign up form. The form creates an e-mail that will be sent to me. If you have problems using the form, please e-mail me so I can fix it.

NOTE: Please be advised that if you sign up, you are committed to actually show up, and you will be responsible to pay. Since I buy the snacks and the food, the cost comes out of my pocket if you don't pay. I can't afford that, so please don't sign up unless you plan to come. You can cancel up to the Wednesday before the LAN party without any penalty.

Since it would be too expensive for me to cover the costs of the party, I ask everyone to pitch-in some money. I buy the snacks, so I ask that everyone pay $2 for the snacks on Friday, and $3 for Saturday. I also provide breakfast and lunch/dinner on Saturday for $5. So if you attend on Friday and Saturday, and if you plan to eat the snacks and the meal, your total cost for the weekend would be $10. The sign up form calculates the total for you.

I do not make money on these parties. I usually pay quite a bit out of my own pocket. Christal and I contribute the same amount as everyone else, and we also cover however much is left over after everyone pays. The left over amount is higher if you don't show up.

Why do we combine lunch and dinner? Because we found that people eat so much snacks that they are not hungry enough for three meals. Usually there is enough food left over for seconds later in the evening if you do get hungry.

Here is the schedule for the LAN parties:

Friday: Show up at 7 PM. Make sure you eat dinner before you arrive. Snacks are available, but no meal. Once everyone is set up and ready to go, we'll start playing. We'll quit playing when everyone is too tired to continue. Bring your sleeping bag (and toothbrush and deodorant) if you want to sleep over.

Saturday: We'll start playing around 10 AM. Breakfast will be available around 9 AM for those who pay. The lunch/dinner is served around 3 PM. We continue playing until about 8 PM.
